I got a mac g4 for $150, apparently this was my friend's work computer but they got upgraded to a G5 so they decided to sell it to me. I was amazed when the seller went through with the deal.
It is a great computer and it has been functioning well. I use it for recording music but it is just a very versitile computer there is no end to it's capabilities. just thought I'd share this great deal. This post has been edited by BuffaloHELP: May 2 2006, 08:15 PM |

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing. ![]() Group: [MODERATOR] Posts: 4,301 Joined: 24-July 05 From: Linix, DOS and Windows…the good, the bad and the ugly Member No.: 9,787 ![]() myCENT:63.90 |
What Operating System are you running? OS10? good stuff. I'm on a G3 and have both OS 9.3 and OS 10 available on it. This one has a small RaM, though. Have to let it cooldown once in a while and the Browsers available for it are not "full featured", because they aren't supported anymore, but if you are on OS 10, you should be alright for a while.

Yeah, Anything past OSX is good. I never liked Classic macs, and with the Classic shell in OSX, theres no need for it anymore.
