Like I said, mine is www.htmlcodetutorial.com. The only thing is pretty obvious - it's only html code! www.w3schools.com seemed pretty good - They have a bunch of scripts from pretty much anything about web sites. I know that if you want to hack you can go to www.hackthissite.org, but I have little experience in so I have a lot of trouble with it.

The easiest, and best way to create an fully configured instance of Jooma! is using Jumpbox för joomla!

I am downloading Joomla right now. I will edit this later to review how it went.
