I recently bought an E-Tech ADSL Modem Router, I think I have configured everything as it should be. If I download a file the speed is OK, but if I upload a file the speeds drop to arround 10 kb/s while they where arround 50 kb/s before I got the modemrouter
This is happening on every FTP server I try, and no other computers in my LAN are currently using the speed |

With ADSL the upload and download bandwidths are assymmetric. This means that upload spped will be (most usually) less than the download speeds. What were you using before getting this router?
