Use flashfxp, it one of the easier one to learn for a beginner. If you have created a website a trap17, then you should get a email stating what your ftp address is. Otherwise try (your website's name).trap17.com and type in the password in the quick connect. Just press the yellow thunderbolt and type that in along with the password.

I would recommend smartftp to use since it hasa easy navigation and easy set up to your site but grnjd missed something abotu the ftp access
you want ftp.yoursite.trap17.com <---thats the address you need to get to your folders you cpanel log in name and your cpanel password to finish up the process of getting ftp access to your file manager. |

Here's what you need to do:
Now there are some other FTP Programs out there, but SmartFTP is free, and good for whats its worth. If your doing some really heavy uploads or need it for commercial, I would recomend CuteFTP, more customizable, and can be used for multiple users I think? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Good luck. |
