Im not sure mine was inactive too but I am not too concerned at this stage to get it back up since I am building and testing my site locally. I think you may have to apply again. yep just checked my old url http://sonesay.trap17.com nothings changed.

you need at least 4 credits and then there is a script which runs _about_ every hour that will re-activate your account.
