I try to upload a file size 429kb for install a forum. I see the file size is 500kb. Why i cant upload this?

Please be specific when requesting for help. Which FTP software did you use to upload? When does it fail, during or after full upload but the file doesn't show up, etc. Which forum is this, phpbb etc?

i try with cpanel and Flashfxp program, i use ipb forum...this message appear
