 Transparent Icon Backgrounds..., Is it possible to make the icon backgrounds transparent? |

Like this:
 Is there a way to make the blue for the icons become transparent? It's alright...but it looks weird against the green portion of the wallpaper... Btw, I'm using windows 98SE...any help is appreciated.

snlildude87, thank you so much!!! It worked. The directions were confusing....because it was like..this and that....but it still worked. It's hard to see the icons at the bottom just because of the shadows in the wallpaper, but it's still better than before. I'd give you something....but......

upgrade to XP and you can have not only transparent backgrounds but also alpha blending and drop shadows
