first, is it 10 credits for the 20mb package? because i had 24.96 credits before i activated it and after i was left with 3.48 or something. is it 20 credits or 10?

When you get hosting your credits are automatically reset to only a few credits. It is 10 credits for the first package and 30 for the second.

ok than shouldn't i have like 14 credits? since its only 10 for the starting package?

The credits are re-set to a default amount. So it does not madder if you had 50 credits or something, it still gets reset to the default amount!
The packages are as follows: 10 credits = 20 mb / 2 gigs bw 30 credits = 150 mb / 5 gigs bw Correct me if I'm wrong, but hope that solves the problem. |
