I had an old account here, but I am currently paying for computing host. When the credits for the account here ran negative, my site got suspended. How can I fix this?

QUOTE(Blazeruler @ Nov 14 2005, 10:32 PM) I had an old account here, but I am currently paying for computing host. When the credits for the account here ran negative, my site got suspended. How can I fix this? What do you mean? I think you know this already and this may be irrelevant but you need to get your credits over 4 to unsuspend your account which will take about an hour or so. |

i think the reason why your paid account is frozen is that the your using the hosting services for your free one on that domain and not seperat.

So once I get my account back, I could quit the free web hosting and that would solve it?

Members should anticipate the confusion and post every account information as much as possible. This goes out to all members who are going to inquire about their accounts.
First of all, do you have your own domain. If so, is it still pointing to ns1(2).trap17.com? That will explain why you are seeing the suspended page. Again, I have to guess since you have not provided any relevant information to base anything. Secondly, you are hosting through computing host and are you using subdomain of computing host or still using the trap17.com' subdomain name? |

I have a domain. I'm using both computinghost and trap17. I'm planning on removing the trap17 though. It is currently under Primary ns1.computinghost.com
Secondary ns2.computinghost.com |

Member owns a domain name and it is properly pointing to the right nameservers.
