I had to go on a trip with my school and my hosting account became suspended while I was away. I have posted and my account has been re-activated, but I can't get rid of the redirect.

Current Redirects
.* http://xisto.com/suspended.page/ (permanent)

It shows that ^^ and I've tried several times but I can't get rid of it.

Any help please?

Is there a delete button?

Also, how many credits do you currently have? The problem may be that you do not have the sufficient required amount, or that the system has not proccessed the amount that you have and you will have to wait for it to do this.

I've tried deleting it several times, but it's not working. It says that it is deleted but when I go back, it is still there.

I have 6.01 Hosting Credits.

In case of this situation, you should access your cpanel and delete the existing .htaccess file under public_html folder. This will fix the situation.

The default .htaccess is needed for FrontPage program--nothing else except to customize.

Account restored and acting. Thank you.

PS, who's Johno and why does he only have 9 votes? I voted tongue.gif
