Couple of things:
I couldn't access blacklaser.trap17.com or bschwe1.trap17.com either, so the account set-up failed.
Might be another user by that name already.

You could email to the Helpdesk (http://www.xisto.com/helpdesk/) and provide all the information you have, like Forum user_name, selected c-panel_name, sub_domain_name and see if there is something they know about?
Or wait for Buffalohelp or OpaQue to view this posting?
Probably best to PM Buffalohelp. and the Helpdesk, too.

It is likely that you have used a special characters for your cpanel and/or your cpanel password. Please use only alpha-numeric characters (that excludes hyphen or underscore).

Yes indeed the very first time I think accidentially a special character slipped in, but now I keep receiving the error even if I use no special characters. Thanks for your help.

If you are still unable to activate the hosting, please PM me your desired domain/subdomain name, cpanel username, cpanel password, forum username and forum password.

Let me give it a shot before OpaQue has to manually create your hosting.

Thanks again for all the help, I finally figured it out myself.

My Forum pass was using special characters, aparently this is not a problem with the Forum but during the account creation process this produces said error. As soon as I changed my Forum pass it worked without any problems, and my account is now up and running.

I'm wondering if I can change my forum password back now?

Thanks again for the great support. Thumbs up.
