Hi,

At around 7:30, my site hosted on the Alpha server was not working. Is this a downtime isssue?

Please advise

ALPHA Server is important and also manages our nameserver. We have not recorded any downtime.

Kindly do a traceroute to 64.69.35.170 and check out where the packets are failing.
