Hi! Several months ago I suscribed myself in Spymac.com, this web is great... there are a lot of stuffs like wallpapers of excellent quality, forums where you can debate and it offers a free mail account that, like Gmail, has 1GB and doesn't have any kind of spam... I think that it's even better that Gmail in that sense.. you can suscribe for free. I hope you enjoy it! cool.gif Cheers!!!

i have a spymac account as well, way before gmail... but i never used my account there at all. the site is graphics intensive, and it slows me down much more than i would want to. dial-up users like me don't appreciate that very well. needless to say, i switched to gmail the very instance i got invited and got my gmail account. gmail tops my list for its nice interface and unobtrusive text ads PLUS fast access time. to each his own, i suppose, so spymac or gmail, they are good to an extent to every one. smile.gif still gmail for me. smile.gif

I discoverd SpyMac before GMail came into our lifes. The forums contents are really interesting, the mailbox size is huge and they offer free hosting but they put a banner on every page the host (that is the reason for moving to Trap17). I your are looking for a 1Gb mail www.gmx.net is another alternative. I use it from 1 year and a half and i am really happy with it.

I also was a member there, but it's just not realistic considering the load up time. Gmail for me.

There's also another service called Walla! at http://walla.com. They also have free 1 GB email, but they're email servers are just a tad too slow for me.

I also have Gmail... but it wasn't a bad experience try with other mail. Sometimes you don't need something, but it useful to know that other things exist. And, for people that don't have a way to get a Gmail invitation, could be a nice option. Byee.

I haven´t tried Spymac, but anyway I prefer gmail. I have a great affinity with google´s way of doing things.

I suppose that a plain search engine with no images apart from the logo is one thing that has made them a leader on the Internet... and gmail follows that minimalist and elegant line, I think.
