I can not send or receive any mail from my site, www.thecajunchef.com . I get this message:

QUOTE
There was an error sending your message: authentication failure [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 435, response: Unable to authenticate at present)]

Could someone please let me know about this.

Thanks.

Qupis Support has not replied to my query where SMTP is the same setup as Trap17 SMTP...?

So please visit xistosupport.com and register with your email address. Once you are registered please submit a support ticket to Qupis Support.

Include detailed information regarding your hosting account, i.e. cpanel username, your Qupis domain name and the exact issue you're facing.
