I only use one, at least for free website submission services, of course i use programs for that purpose, for instance:

web ceo (free and the best i know)
web position pro 4 (not free)

but if you don't want to use programs, this is the best free web submission service there exists on the internet:

I think there is a function in our cpanel that enables us to summit our site to various search engines. I would choose to use that one instead of others. Anyway, I am only building a personal site. My experience of running a personal site for 3 years has conviced me that not all sites needs crawlers on them. The search engines often bring bad visitors, those who are only interested in sex and warez. I put up a robots.txt to stop these engines from crawling my site then. It saves me a lot of bandwidth too.

Thelaw, you still need to pay very atention, and also use this things on your website (and in all pages):

Title tag

keywords (meta tags)
description(meta tags)

keyword popularity
keyword density

high quality information
and/or
high quality products (programs,tools,services,etc...)

well, everything that needs to be done for search engine optimization of your website, for all the pages of your website, even if the pages are all connected directly to the same website subject or theme.

well, do you mind in sharing the URL of WEB CEO & web position pro!
anyway, I think the addme.com site is not the good one! As it is asking for the address information & all..I think they'll just sell that information (plz note this is my thinking..may be I am wrong)

If you'd spent the time it took you to write that and instead input the terms into Google, you'd already have the links. wink.gif
Yeah, if you use Web CEO you can submit your site to hundreds of SEs from around the world for free.

i don't recomend ANY free submission services on the net. they can cause more harm to your site than they do good. this includes the submission service within your cpanel here. also, it might take your site 2-3 months just to get listed this way and your scratching your head "why isn't my site listed". also, because people don't see their site listed right away, they will tend to resubmit once a week and boy can that get you in trou
