It appears all our techs were alerted 1 hour ago about a huge network outage that occured at 11am PST. Currently the main switch is being replaced which caused the same problem yesterday around 7am PST. Once the switch is replaced the network should be operational again. Thank you for understanding and we're hoping everything will be operational once the new switch is in.
72% of the network has been bought up online so far.. it is a very major outage and more than 300+ servers in the datacenter have been affected. |
