Hi There,
Is there a problem with the Qupis server? My website (http://disneyreporter.qupis.com) as well as other websites hosted with Qupis are not loading. When will this problem be fixed? |

I just shouted in the shoutbox, but i can see your site fine. Is it newly hosted? as i said in thes houtbox your isp may need to refresh its Cache before you cna see your site properly, it could also be your local cache if you have never been able to see it (if its not new and you've accessed it fine from that PC before this is irrelevant) in IE press CTRL+F5 to force a propper refresh of the page and see if that works. If not leave it an hour or so and try again to see if your ISP has refreshed itself. If still no luck give it another hour and perhaps send an email to: support(AT)qupis(DOT)com
If you have had this site a while and previously it has been working i would suggest waiting an hour or so and trying it again and keep checking for an Admin or Mod with more knowledge. If no luck in an hour or so submit the email detailing the problem with your website URL and any other info you can think of like what time it started having issues. Like i said your website and the Qupis home page load up fine and as quick as any other site. The only other issue i can think of is a problem with the line between Qupis and you (and not a problem with Qupis itself rather a fault on the line with a router at your ISP or something) If no-one (including Qupis support) have answers try your ISP or do a trace route (i think its tracert IPX.XXX.XXX.XXX or maybe the URL in ms dos) or even just a ping ( ping www.qupis.com ) to ensure its not a browser issue but is indeed a route/line fault of some sort. |

Thank you for the suggestions. I've been using Qupis for months now, and my site was working perfectly fine until yesterday. I was still able to go to my website; however, I couldn't access my control panel. Now, I can't access anything hosted by Qupis. Where you aren't having any problems, it must be something on my end. The strange thing is, I have no problem accessing other websites. I've checked my computer's settings, and nothing is blocking Qupis. I'll try giving the computer a restart, and we'll see if that does anything.

I'm still having trouble, and now I'm getting frustrated. My computer hasn't changed at all since yesterday, and I've restarted it a few times. I tried my other computer as well, and I can't access my site either. So, it must be something to do with my internet connection. Any ideas how to fix it?

The problem is still around. I'm using Verizon FIOS, and my grandmother is using Comcast. Neither of us can view the website, but we were able to earlier this week. I really need this problem fixed.

I've just tried to access your site and it works perfectly, so there is certainly no problem with the server. Have you tried contacting your ISP and asking them to look into it? If it is your Internet connection at fault, which it seems like it could be, then there is very little anyone here can do apart from tell you to contact your ISP. They should be able to say if they are blocking the site or if there is a problem somewhere which means you can't access the site.
The other possibility is that your IP address might have been banned from the server for some reason. Go here and submit a ticket to Qupis Support, asking if your IP address has been banned for any reason, or if there is any other possible reason why you, and no-one else, can't access your site. If they report that everything is working perfectly then the problem is with your ISP. |

Thanks, I've contacted my ISP, but so far, they have been no help at all. I've tried using a proxy to access my site and that works, so the problem must lie with my ISP. As far as getting it unblocked, I have no idea. The people at techsupport didn't seem to know anything about it.

This problem occurs sometimes... this might be due to some problem in your local data server.

I contacted my ISP provider, and they assured me they were not blocking my website. They said Qupis is probably blocking my IP address. Is there anyway to fix or confirm this?
