does any have any information or personal experience with using saunas I recently began going to the sauna and I feel very well aftward but my skin looks terrible.....from what I have read on it, it is supposed to release the toxins within your body so that would explain the acne and facial problems but shouldnt this clear after a period of time?

skin look terrible?
wew., i think u should bath with cold water after sauna done. to prevent skin problem |

yeah I do wash my face completely afterwards and it doesnt seem to help.....it's been about a few weeks now
