if hosted members run out of credits do we lose all of our data and stuff? or is it just like "suspended" until we get some credits?

Please learn to search the forum before posting questions that you think it's not here. The chances are it's already covered. Read Trap17 Readme FIRST. When you reach ZERO credits and lower, you cannot access your account (either cPanel or FTP) and your site is suspended. Your site is automatically un-suspended when you bring yourself out of ZERO or NEGATIVE into 4 hosting credits, and then wait about 1 hour. Until the reanimation of your site, your files are safe. When your hosting credit reaches -30 everything is deleted and hosting terminated. Nothing can be recovered by then. Topic closed. |
