First advice, center the entire layout, it's made for people with resolutions of 800 x 600 I guess? But still, to make it look better in higher resolutions, have it all centered, no margins on top or bottom needed, that all is fine.
I personally didn't like the blue, I am not that much of a fan of that color, if you could make it more nearer to the browser-recognized blue (#0000FF) then it would be much better, but yeah the header image is pretty nice. The bottom image, those abstract designs I guess don't go well with the blue you've chosen, but that's just me so you could over-look at this one. And even the bullets don't go with the color and the theme of the header. I didn't like the bullets being above the main area where you actually type the contents of the page too. I would even suggest that you make a border, maybe a blue one, as it looks kinda bland for now, all over the main area where you write the main contents of the page, not the links, footer or the header. That will make it look better. Over-all, I would give it a 6.5/10. Good work but you can do lot better, and try to make it for 1024 x 768 resolution minimum as that's what most people use and it is somewhat of a standard. That would give you a lot of more space for work. |

Hi, great job. I like the 'flair' of the graphics, the colours and simplicity.
Having said that, check out the changes which the following style rules make. CODE #content background-color: #a6e5ee; /* adds some colour */ padding: 0 6px; /* makes it easier to read */ border:1px solid #9090ee; /* defines the text-block */ #r2c2 width: 185px; /* cleans up around the scrollbar */ Just a couple of small alterations which show you how simple it can be to alter the look of a page. Overall, 8.5. (ps: I like the blue.) |

The site took quite some time to load and perhaps you could slice more parts of the website, it might not take so long to load a particular area of the site like the banner. The background design is remarkable, I wish I could do it. For some reason, the buttons just do not match well with the overall layout, perhaps you could work on that as well. And just as what sylenzednuke said, centralise the website. It will look more balanced especially in a larger resolution.
I use 1280 * 1024, I can't imagine how it would look like left-aligned on my screen. Perhaps what your site lacks now is its substance, content |

Just visited your website. Overall, I like the design and the layout...although I think it should be centred as well so it can have a more balanced feel. I'm personally not a big fan of sky blue (or is it teal?). Perhaps indigo would make a suitable colour, but that's just my opinion.
Aside from that, some content would be nice but since the site is only about a week old then it's not a big problem. |

I quite like the design of this website. One problem which I can see is the width of the column containing the links on the left. I feel this is too wide. The content of your page is a bit squashed up.
Maybe you could fix this problem by making the whole of your table a little wider? Otherwise maybe make the column containing the links narrower? Your design is very professional and is easy to use and view. The colours go together well and don't hurt your eyes, unlike the colour schemes on some other websites. I also like the images you've used, such as your site's banner. There is a very small typo on the first page. ('relfects' is written instead of 'reflects'). There may be others, can't see any but I wouldn't worry too much about them, the site looks good. Everyone makes typing mistakes once in a while. I'd rate this site 9 out of 10.
