Hi!

I just got my domain switched.

My forum for my site is located in a /board directory. I have nothing in root. So I added a redirect from root to the board directory.

I refreshed my browser, even restarted my PC, but when I go to the site - it takes me to

Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanelŽ and WHM™ Server

If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.
ATTENTION!

If you are seeing this page instead of the site you expected, please contact the administrator of the site involved. (Try sending an email to <webmaster@domain>.) Although this site is running cPanel, WebHost Manager, and Apache software it almost certainly has no other connection to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group. Please do not send mail about this site or its contents to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group.
About cPanel:

cPanel is a leading provider of software for the webhosting industry. If you would like to learn more about cPanel please visit our website at www.cpanel.net. Please be advised that cPanel Inc. is not a web hosting company, and as such has no control over content found elsewhere on this site.

Instead of redirecting...

Any ideas why?? or does it just take time.....I remember having this problem before, but it somehow ended up working o.O ...

Try Board as lower case "board" and you seem to lacking in the CSS department.

Weird, it redirects for me. I'ma assume that the redirect is from headers sent to the browser, 'cause i can't go back in my browser's history. What browser are you using? Did you try other browsers?

You are missing a CSS file, or at least the Server can't find it.
This is where it should be: http://sherwoodinfo.trap17.com/board/theme...fault/style.css. If you are using the default theme, let me know if you require a new css file and I can send you one.

Actually, here it is: http://jlhaslip.trap17.com/aef102/themes/default/style.css.
I modded it to centre the heading and make the shoutbox taller, but you can find the changes near the top of the file and alter them to suit your site easily enough.

The required Css file (style.css) is missing from the themes/default folder on your Hosting account.
Click the link I posted up there to 'snag' the file, then cut and paste it into another file on your desktop, then FTP it to the location specified on your hosting account. Or go into Cpanel and copy it yto the correct location.

Cross all that out--

Topic solved.

I completely deleted my old AEF site and made a new one at http://sherwood.trap17.com. It's in the root directory, so the redirect problem is solved,

and because it's a solid install, not choppy like the last one, the CSS is good and it works in all browsers.

So, this is resolved!!
