Recently we transferred Qupis accounts to our new server but many of these accounts were deleted. The accounts that were over 120 days old have been deleted as most of them had no information in them and still showed the welcome page…

Deletion of these accounts was because of the fact that we were trying to transfer all of the accounts quickly to prevent any issues like downtime. We did not have the time to screen through them and keep the genuine ones and delete the bad ones

We do not take backups. When your site was deleted, it was deleted from our server permanently so it is not possible for us to give you your data. I again apologize for all this inconvenience. It was not possible to send warnings as there were too many accounts and many of the websites were empty.

Thank you for your co operation and for being with us for so long and I again apologize if this caused you a problem. You can sign up once more if you wish, Sadly that is all that I can recommend at the moment

Does this mean that if we applied for hosting in the past couple of days we have to apply again?

Did you have a hosting account with Qupis? If yes then I do not think you will have to apply once more. The pending accounts are being transfered too so I don't think that it will be too big an issue
