I uploaded drupal to my site (clanxs.qupis.com) on fri. the 1st. I came back the next morning to find that my site was down but qupis still showed me as having an active account and all my files were still on the server.... the site has been down ever since and I am becoming a bit nervous. I have not broken any ruels to my knowledge and have deleted all archive files from the server................ I am considering backing up my files then openeing a new acc. But I have no idea on how to download them from the site. I posted a support ticket but they just told me to come here. i have read the main articles about downed sites but they seem to have been resolved. Any help will be much appreciated. Feel free to ask for more details.
