i had hosting on this and was creating a site using bluevoda, then i found out i could only upload to a bluevoda account. very annoying...

there is also no site builder with qupis hosting so how do you make a site, there is no freeware i could find

I wouldn't say "still down" for demo.qupis.com is operational and loss to the service was momentarily.

Your individual account may be affected by TOS or AUP. Please contact support AT qupis DOT com and submit your account information.

The topic starter's issue has been addressed and resolved. However, this topic will remain open for others who are facing the similar situation.
