I'm a new one on that forum and I allready have a few questions:

1) I can't remember but I saw a topic on that forum and I saw that 1 credit = 1 day... What does this mean? For me it means that after I will get 10(30) credits to make a Free Web Host I need to get 1 credit each day or else my hosting will be closed. Am I right? or not?

2) I'm from Russia so I still can have a Free Web Hosting?
2.1) Can I use not English language on my web?

3) Is there a cPanel on your hosting?

4) When I'll get 10(30) credits where I can get an account to have Free Web Hosting?

Yes that's exactly the system. You make a quality post (good length with correct spellings and not spamming) will earn various credits. 1 post does not mean 1 credit. 1 post can sometimes give you 2-5 credits.


TRAP17 hosts for members from all around the world in various age range. Although we promote to post in English on the forum, your site does not have to be 100% English. However, please remember that if your site is breaking TRAP17's Terms Of Service (TOS) that your account is immediately terminated and you will not be able to retrieve it.

Please go the Free Web Hosting Request area and READ the pinned topics regarding application form. It should be self-explanatory Be advised that when you start with the plan #1 (10 credits) and later you wanted to upgrade to plan #2 it will still cost you another 30 credits and your credits will be reset to 2. Credits are ALWAYS reset to 2 (currently) so that it keeps your activity consistently after becoming a hosting member. So please choose wisely.

Still got some questions

I still didn't get it I will lose 1 credit each day only after I will have a Free Web Hosting or I will lose 1 credit each day even if I don't have Web yet??

And when are you planning to finish cPanel??

There's no use in answering, but! I feel like it lol. One credit a day means that every day you lose one credit but, post 2 or 3 thigns a day and that won't be a big deal at all! In no time you'll have about 30 credits after I'd say....20 posts you'll probably have 40 credits. Now, I don't remember your other quesiton...ick! lol!

The demo isn't finished, the actual cPanel that you will use when your hosting is accepted will have full capabilities.

emma is correct. You will lose 1 credit per day WHEN you are hosting. As long as you do not activate your hosting you will not lose any credit. But don't misunderstand me. For example, you earned 100 credits before applying for free web hosting. When you activate it will be reset to 2 and NOT 90 or 70.

Since we are all volunteers of TRAP17, the demo version of cPanel will be done when I have ample amount of free time. I do have other errands outside of these forum walls

On and on and on... 100's of members asking the same questions even thought things are put down very clearly in the pinned topics. Its just waste of time explaining the same things over and over again.

Ok I’ll explain (kind of saying again what most of them said but o well)

You start with 0 credits. When you post you get a certain amount of credits. Each post can equals different credits. for example.

Lets say I posted



Ok now pretending that the stuff above is a post lets say that its worth 1 point. (just assuming, that could even be .54 points.... whatever)

Now lets say I post this



Now that post above looks longer right, More information in that post so I’m assuming that post might get about MAYBE 2 points. maybe more maybe less I don't know exactly but I’m assuming 2 points.

Now see how the first one is 1 point and the second is 2 points. that shows that one post doesn't mean 1 point. People could make 1 post and get 10 credits.

Now each day you lose 1 credit. So you could for example go to 10 credits and now have to post for 10 days. But once you have less then 0 credits your account gets suspended until you raise your credits.

So in theory you could do this

Post a lot in 1 day and get 20 credits

then you stop posting


As you can see each day you lose 1 credit. That’s basically it. But the idea is that you stay active on the boards. So just try to post every chance you get and just come check out the new topics its quite easy actually.
