Hi there,
I have C++ programming in my college syllabus this semister.Once this paper+ Oral exams over i think i may loose touch with C++.
Can you suggest me any good forum where i can keep in touch with C++.Any project where i can keep my creative juices flowing?
PLs can you help me with this.

i would say look up some c++ forums i know astahost.com has a good c++ going on.

It's one of the most powerful and flexible programming languages out there. I thoroughly recommend reading three books to get a grasp on this language:

1) Thinking in C++ by Bruce Eckel (available free here)
2) Code Complete - 2nd Edition - should be every developer's bible.
3) Design Patterns - great for getting a grip on OOP Here at amazon.

Of course, being a powerful and flexible language it can be so, so abused... those books will help prevent further programming atrocities - at least by your hand wink.gif

yeah, i've been finding that www.gametutorials.com is really good, heaps active community on the game development scene. helped me heaps through my programming problems. friendly guys with tons of knowledge.

I'd say find something you're interested in, research it, and learn how to code it. The best way to learn is to practice, and it helps when it is on something you are interested in.
