Yeah, as the title says. It works properly usually, I am using SmartFTP... i et this
Resolving host name vacant.trap17.com... Connecting to (vacant.trap17.com) -> IP: 69.50.188.18 PORT: 21 No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)... What's happened? Is there something im missing here? Thanks guys -vacant |

Well its probably because you are logging in as annoymous. It looks to me that you can not do this anymore and must enter your username and password in order to log in. Another thing is it might just be down, i dont know ill have to talk to an admin and find out whats going on.
