It is, but it depends from the country and your mobile operator. But it's not really cheap, normally costs more than if you call in your country from where you are.

That's if you wanna call from your mobile phone, but if you try skype as serverph, that's just an other story I guess.

Uhm, by the way, that's my first time I've heard for skype, have you tryed it? It's really free? It sounds kinda fake to me. To good to be real.

where have you been all these years? it's from the same guys who gave kazaa to the world (p2p application). it's been used by many for years since its beta.
