hello guys! i was just wondering if anyone of you know about a program that converts pictures (real pictures) to toons, i was looking to some images used to introduce new clothes and i saw that in certain point they are like real but somehow they look like toons, i set up a search in google but i didnt find anything useful...any ideas?

Adobe Photoshop is probably your best bet, it's not too hard to achieve that kind of effect with a few filters used the right way.
