For those of you who use a PDF creation program other than Adobe's Acrobat, which one do you use?

On my PC I use PrimoPDF and I've been pleased with what it can do, although a few other people suggested Paperless Printer to me. Both programs are freeware (although Paperless Printer tries to get you buy and register the software after you print the file)

How about the rest of you?

I use OpenOffice to produce my Text-Documents, Spreed-Sheets .... OpenOffice has an integrated PDF-Cretation for OpenOffcie files.
Maybe you were expecting a more general PDF-Creation software ...

The integrated PDF support is why I ultimately chose openoffice.org over Microsoft Office, although I have yet to use openoffice.org to create PDFs.

I use pdf995 to create pdfs. It is a printer driver that installs on your pc. Whenever you want to create a Pdf doc, just print the document and select pdf995 as the printer. It asks for a filename and you save it. There you are. The pdf is ready. I dont know abt other pdf creators. Do they work the same way?

Pretty much. I know that the two programs I mentioned at the start work the same way. Almost forgot about Open Office.org - nice to have that integrated feature. smile.gif
