What happened to my response on sending support ticket to support@trap17.com?

If you were having some issues, please send it again. Your hosting was most likely didn't migrate to the new server, seeing that your IP still points to the old server.

Send with the following information, again please. I'll even make the message for you. smile.gif

your site url: www.aigraphics.net
your site IP when pinged: 69.50.188.18
cpanel user name: malish
Issue:
My site is still pointing to the old server of Trap17, judging by the IP address. I am guessing that my host did not shift with Trap17's recent server migration. And thus, I cannot access my cpanel. Please correct my hosting service and let me know when you do.

Truly yours,
<insert your name here>

Just changed those dns's to what you told me, but the thing is I had another problem before, when putting trap17 dns's - www.aigraphics.net would not work - only http://aigraphics.net. Anyways will see what's going to happen.
