Using your forum login and password you can manually reset your cpanel password or change domain names without admin's approval

Tried it and it just kept going in circles. It accepts my forum user name and password because it shows my credits in the bottom right-hand corner, but when I click on change password, it takes me back to the login page. I have 116 credits at the moment, so that shouldn't be the problem.

I have tested out the password changing page and it took some time but came back with a confirmation. I then checked my email for new password. Few minutes later an email arrived to my designated cPanel email address and I was given a random password which had been reset.

Tiki, see if you can do it again. Wait for the Manage page to return with a confirmation. If you have disabled any java or javascripts please enable it for this process (Manage page requires AJAX to properly perform).

It didn't work again, so I decided to test out a theory and do it on Firefox instead of IE. It worked, but you might want to check your coding for IE. Clicking on anything to do with credits simply returns you to the login page.

To update on response:

My initial test was with Firefox and worked without an issue. Firefox security setting may have been altered at your end, Tiki, or perhaps during your trials Trap17 Manage page might have been affected.

Manage script have been tested for a long time before it was made public. However, we will test out the script once again to be absolute.
