Currently I am viewing your subdomain and have no problems displaying:

"we are undergoing heavy maintainence......."

So I assume you fixed your problem or at the point of viewing your site their may have been slight down time, thus your page could not be displayed.

Before posting topics such as these could you please wait a period of time for the server to resolve itself.
