well i would say just do a lot of running, go to the gym everyother day (dont kill yourself) and just eat.... yogurt.. milk (i think) and healthy fruits, etc..
I really never had to loose weight, im 5'3" and im 130, so that is usually, im kind of a bigger build, so im fine.. at my school most people need to gain weight! they arelik light.. its really crazy, but don't worry to much about losing weight, it will stress you out, and i heard when you are stressed, you usually gain more weight ( i think its by like.. eating to make yourself feel better) im really not sure, but just stay fit, go running as i said before, i dont run, but i bike instead. |

Hmmm.... you could always cheat and get some lipo done. Or cheat slower by getting a gastric bypass or a stomach staple, but these procedures are reserved for people who are really overweight. For the rest of us, it's all about diet and exercise.
Instead of eating 2-3 big meals a day, you should eat 4-5 smaller meals that include lots of fruits and vegetables. This helps you "train" your metabolism to work harder. Your metabolism regulates your calories, so if you eat less often, then it will try to conserve more calories by turning it into fat. That's why starving yourself might make you drop some weight at the beginning, but then it kinda plateaus. If you eat every 3-4 hours, your metabolism learns that more fuel is coming, so it turns it into glucose, which your body uses as fuel to give you energy. Now that you've got all this fuel, you need to use it. You should exercise at least 30 minutes every day. It doesn't have to be all at once, you can do little spurts here and there. 10 minutes of walking 3 times a day or something like that. If you don't use up your fuel, your body decides to store it so if you need it later, you've got some energy to use. It does this by changing your glucose into fat. So you see, you need both diet and exercise to lose weight and stay healthy. |

I lost 10 kgs in 2 weeks!!!
It happened after joining the college hostel. The hostel I got was still a bit under construction so the mess was a good 15mins walk away (in another hostel). That plus the kind of food we get in our mess led to the massive weight loss. |

well i have lose 9 KG during 8 Months
what the reason behind this is that i was away from home and have eated hotel meals and get smarter ..... i was of 85 kg over wight and now i am 76 kg .. a smart guy LOL |

Funny thing is, Never take those pills, Either you get allergies or w/e from those pills, I rather just buy a sweat clothes and run around the tracks, and you should to, all you gotta do is run like 2 -4 hours a day, it's simple, i lost 23 pounds in 4 weeks becuase i start in the early 4am and end up at 4pm on my time, EAting after you lose pounds makes you feel different.

Go on a diet and eat less and eat healty food. Also run and walk, go to the gym will help you do loss some extra pounds. Drink 12 cups of water, eat free sugar candy, use splenda for coffee,cookies,cakes , tea and other drinks. Dance a lot to your favorite song and don't sit a lot.
