As a slight update, I have found that the spell checker isn't very good at all. It almost never guesses the words I want to spell. Ok, it may not be that bad, but it isn't good either.
I went back to using the one found in Google toolbar, which although it doesn't have as nice way of checking spelling, it does guess words much better. |

Firefox still beats the rest. Not much enhancements in this new version although the update has a critical security fix. still improving its security as always. Nowdays security is the main issue on the net . Firefox definately has the strongest security out of all the browsers. IN GENERAL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIREFOX FOR ANY USER , ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE USING IE EXPLORER ( as IE has many vunrabilites since its the most popular browser )

Firefox definitely has the strongest security out of all the browsers ... IE has many vulnerabilities since its the most popular browser) Might I ask how many browsers have you used for you to come to that conclusion? If it were just IE and Firefox, I'm pretty sure Firefox beats IE, hands-down. However, might I add that malware developers are now also beginning to recognize the popularity of Firefox? Also, it was only just fairly recently that Firefox released an update that fixes a vulnerability: specially crafted GIF images can be used to give remote users root access to certain operating systems. Firefox is really great, mind you. However, I would not go about how secure it is, 'coz, really, it's the Internet. Almost any browser's security is nothing if you don't use a firewall, a good anti-virus, an anti-adware and, most important of all, that gray matter between your ears. No, not that one; the other one. There |

Well, it's still in development... The spell checker built-in in ms word didn't work very good either when it was first released. I'll be better. |

Ok, now running FF 2.0 from my USB drive. It seems pretty much like the old versions in most respects. There are some little interface changes that make things a little nicer to work with. Also, the new feeds features are pretty nice. Otherwise, not a ton has changed. It's still the lean and slim broswer it always was.

maybe your firewall is hindering firefox to access the internet..
btw firefox is still the best and will always be.. their coders are very active and they always release updates now and then |
