I have both programs but feel that swish interface is very simple and easy to use. Flash is more complictated but you can definitely do more things with it.

yea swish interfaces are actually easier to use than that of flash but if your really want to create a kool and fascinating flash movie, then go for flash

yeh but it depends what u want i still think flash is better once you understand it, you can produce some really good animations, i mean good ones

Swish is OK and easy to use, but it is very limited. The animations which you can create with it also run much slower than those done in Macromedia Flash.
As I've said before, it's sort of like Visual Basic compared to other programming languages. |

i support what you said spectre. swish isnt much comparing it to Flash Mx 2004. flash can create such animations as u cannot create with swish.
