Religious Holidays and i' going to stick my neck out and say christian ones especially is one of the most commercialised things in the world, i very much doubt santa claus and toys on the 25th are in the bible however being an athiest i'm not going to say its a fact never having read more than the story of noah's ark which I have heard is more of a story with morals rather than a story based on "fact" and I use quotation marks because religion isn't a fact it's a theory however, don't think i'm anti religion, all i'm saying is that it is very commercialised and that although eggs represent new life you can't argue that cadbury's aren't making a profit out of it. I mean look at coca cola, before that came along Santa wore green (correct me if i'm mistaken) on a related topic, I share my birthday with the invention of Coke (the drink) source - I was born 8th of May 92

Happy easter to all.
For me it is more like a tradition than a religious thing. It was not until I attended school that I someone told me what easter was all about. But I have never cared about it anyway so. |
