The site freedomain.co.nr provides free domain names with the .co.nr extension.
Just my $0.02 worth. |

i tried the co.nr thing but all it does is makes it so you cant see the normal URL. it doesnt even make it so you can have things like www.domain.co.nr./forums... nothing works nomatter what part of the website its always the co.nr

Oh so you can just make up some fake stuff about yourself?
I was wondering about that, I want a domain bad, but I don't wanna get caught using fake details. |

Try http://uni.cc for a free subdomain. The neat thing about this site, is that they let you change your subdomain's name servers. Because of this, your subdomain preforms just like a domain.

freedomain.co.nr also give .com domains for very cheap prices like 6.50 $ but if you want cheap domains try godaddy.com they give domains for like 2$ and that is very cheap! And 8.95 $ for a year with loads for features, even hosting with website builder and that I think is very cool.

wouldnt it just be nicer if people paid for their domains, I mean they are not even that expensive. Ive seen adds from yahoo for 1.99 and 2.99 domains, same with godaddy and stuff... i just dont like the idea of having someother sitename like www.freedomin.myname.tk just doesnt look like hey this person really values his site . but then they are free, and when its free why bother buying so i guess its pointless what i have typed
