just checked again, and its looking much tidyer
 al lthe issues i saw have been sorted and its now quite an attractive site The only main advice i could give you, is to limit the amount of blog/news entries o nthe home page, and after that amount, your site automaticly archives them, with a link to page 1, 2, 3, 4 etc etc. other than that, great job

I would put the individual articles on seperate pages as you suggest, but unfortunately it's not a feature of Blogger.
