Thanks for the info but do you have link where i can found Fantastico, i am really interested and when its as easy as you describe than i will defenitly use it. Is Fantastico free to download or do I have to purchase the software?

Thanks

Firstly, are you hosted with Trap17.COM or Trap17.NET?
If you are using Trap17.COM, then the Fantastco tool can be found in your cPanel (yoursubdomain.trap17.com:2082 or gamma.xisto.com:2082) toward the bottom of the home page. You will find a long list of scripts, including a bunch of Content Management systems. I suggest that you try Mambo or Joomla (they are basically the same), because you canbuild a decent site with either one.
Also try CMS Made Simple, which is pretty simple. See http://www.trap17.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=36520&hl= for more on it, and http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/ to download it. You then need to upload it to your site to install it.

Take this advice and go with either Joomla or Mambo...they're essentially the same program. In doing so the website is basically already built for you, and all you have to do is modify it and fill it with content! In the process of learning html and php, go with these programs until you are more familiar with things...

H there,

I tried to install Mambo Open Source but i get this message:

QUOTE
Install Mambo Open Source (2/3)

The installation can not be completed:

- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain casinobonushunters.trap17.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain casinobonushunters.trap17.com (path="/home/arnaud/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.

What do I have to do now because i do not understand what to do? Can anybody giveme some help?

Thanks

First, please don't double post. Use the Edit button located under each post to add to your previous post. Also, when copying over large pieces of information like the error you posted, you must place the text inside [ quote ] BBcode tags. A moderator will catch you eventually.

You can't install any of the scripts into the main directory. You must instruct Fantastico to install Mambo into a subdirectory (can be a simple name like 'main' or 'mambo'), because there are certain files in the root directory that can't be over-written (examples include index.php and .htaccess).

Get yourself Macromedia Dreamweaver. I cant do a lot of html, but because dreamweaver makes the codes for you, i learnt how to edit the codes. I believe dreamweaver is quite good to teach yourself html.

If you have Trap 17 hosting, Fantastico should already be in your Cpanel under Pre-installed scripts. Then, I usually pick Template Express.

If you dont have Trap 17, it would probably come with any Cpanel software...
