I have my forum at www.forumer.com.
In the past, this forumer is based on IPB and it's very good. But... something happened and now it's based on PHPBB... don't know why.

Why I don't like the change? Well, basically the two is very good. But PHPBB that is allowed in forumer is so limited. Too many limiters and it making me don't feel so great, assuming the past using of IPB is far greater.

Well, IPB is better, but if you want to make a good PHPBB you may need to create your own PHPBB. Just set it up if you like...

or if you like simple things to do, just use forumer.. it's kinda a good one.

As said above, http://www.forumer.com has a good and easy forum registration system. They current offer two solutions:

1. Using Invision 1.3 - all forums have a small ad window

2. Using phpBB - add free
