Incase any one is thinking about running a website from their home pc i suggest using a good firewall along with it sometime like zone alarm.

Try the free version its better than the paid one for this purpose. Will be lighter on the machine.

Well I am paranoid about security and have tried many firewalls and antivirus s/w but except for Zone Alarm i dont think any one is really very effective, specially since its free.

Infact i find the paid version having features which are not required and slow down the system. The Free Version is just perfect ... does it's work effectively.
