I downloaded WindowBlinds and used one of the default templates they had.

It works well, but some of the templates look bad on my computer.
Here's my screen shot smile.gif

thats just a bug when i took the screenshot because i had just changed the theme to that one, i think the startmenu buttons were messed up too, it all depends on the skins too, i have had some that are messed up, but most (like 99%) are good, and look good.

Program #1: iTunes

Program #2: Firefox

Program #3: WindowBlinds

Program(s) #4: Object Bar + Object Dock

That just about describes my set-up at home except that I'm using Truelaunchbar intead of Objectdock and I'm not using Mac-themed skins for anything.
I also didn't get iTunes for its association with Apple or iPods or anything, but rather cos it's got really good categorising, archiving features which makes really easy to find, rate your music etc.

i tested windblinds on my gf pc..
i think it's not that kool yet. after you've blended about 2 or 3 days, you will feel mess up and get short-tempered!! laugh.gif
i still prefer window 2000 native theme set till now for all window pc and my work desktop pc is still cool with this theme.. everyday about nealy more than 10 hrs, i've to stand in front of the pc, so i mostly go for those default themeset by factory.

I've tried using those programs before, but they have always slowed my PC down just a little too much for my liking. I don't know why but I prefer the Windows 98 Plus themes (currently using the Science theme on my XP machine tongue.gif ). Nice set of programs if they don't slow your PC down sad.gif

you want to do this with less ram and less programs get the program called Aston Shell, more stable then almost any other shell out there and has appx 60+ pages of themes varying from linux emulated themes to dz and gundam wing.

Have you tried Aston Shell personally? And are you sure that it's a really good alternative to windows shell? And are you sure that your Windows Operating System is still stable?
