You may think that this is very wierd but I believe that we have another sense that even we do not know of. I mean look at it this way. DejeVu (I cannot spell) It is sort of like for me like looking into the future like you have already soon this before this image somwhere in the past. And also when you feel like someone is watching you just to turn arpund and see that someone is actually there? It sounds crazy but I do believe that this is true and scientist need to do some research. wink.gif Anyone else ever thought of this? I mean who knows what else in the world we do not know of!

So wait I see myself as a billionaire in the future, so am I seeing into the future? biggrin.gif. Okay I sort of believe this, like sometimes we see images, or we clutter our thoughts with someing, and then in 10 or 20 years, that same image reappears and it is like we have a 6th sense or something. So yeah I think we all do have that, but it is not like we are able to see everything that will occur in the future or anything like that.

I do agree that deja vu is kinda like peering into the future, a possible manifestation of some extrasensory stimulus. Unfortunately, we don't quite have control of this... sense. After all, we know its deja vu only after whatever we foresaw had actually transpired. Somewhere in our memory, we may probably have stored glimpses into the future but of what practical use is this when we can access such memories only after the moments they predict have already elapsed?

One of the nine insights outlined by James Redfield's The Celestine Prophecy details that attention, human attention, is a form of energy. To gain this, we resort to numerous, sometimes absurd and sometimes devious, means such as throwing tantrums, acting aloof, intimidation, aggression, projecting an image of self-pity or acting hostile.

Anyway, enough of that but, my point, it might be quite possible that, if human attention itself were an energy, we could very well sense it, in a way, in the same manner we sense heat energy from the sun through our skin. The problem, only, is that our streets can get quite congested with fellow humans that ever and anon, we'd get so many low dosages of this energy that it "numbs" our "extra sense". All of this is, of course, hypothetically speaking.

Scientists are already doing research on this, only, tehy're not being too loud or ostentatious on the subject since it would almost surely earn them a healthy heaping of sarcasm and contempt from other fellow scientists. A lot of people have already thought of that, which is why we have the terms deja vu, intuition, instinct, premonition or preconitive sense.

Finally, the answer to your last statement/question is "Nobody," but I supposed it was rhetorical happy.gif

So there actual are? I thought they were all busy trying to cure cancer, even though they have yet to cure the common cold. I think it is a waste of money. But ok back to the subject so what you are saying is that are skin can sense them? In a wierd sort of way? But Deja Vu is another thing. smile.gif

You can say I agree to everything salamangkero said.

Deja Vu is quite common to me, has happened like more than 10 times to me and everytime it were such weird scenarios that weren't even of any importance, like some were just waves or handshakes. And yeah, we don't have any control over it, but I do think that some Deja Vu's partly occur in our dreams. I remember having weird big 8 to 9 non-interconnected dreams and then suddenly when I wake up I forget about them. Then we see the image again in future and we think that we saw this somewhere. I know scientifically dreams are meant to be awkward as the mind does not parse any rational link between the images. They are just images from our memory shown randomly in a weird and twisted way. The only use of this for now is amusing us. laugh.gif Only when scientists find out a way to control Deja Vu and more and more about it will we ever be able to put it into use.

And I personally believe that human attention is a form of energy and so is even our presence. There is some unknown energy inside us, and I am not speaking of the heat energy developed from our body at all ... but somewhere along the line though. And I agree with the latter too. The population has risen significantly in recent decades. We can see in movies and all that are inspired by reality that all fighters, warriors or Kung Fu practitioners were able to sense something, they most of the time would be able to sense enemies nearby, or even another human be it a friend or a foe. Their years of practice in not so crowded places and near nature might've made their extra sense of sensing this energy higher or stronger. This is what I think might've been the case. We cannot always find someone staring at us at a public place. But we do get certain feeling when we are not in a crowded place and especially when there is only us or one or 2 friends with us.

And it's good to see that scientists are actually working on this, and there isn't even a reason for them to be loud on this one as I think. But whatever I said is of course hypothetically speaking as slamangkero said.

I think my sixth sense is my ability to spot misspellings, typos, and grammatical errors. My superpower is my need to fix them all!
