I lost my virginity when I was 17, and thought it wouldn't matter. But when I told my current boyfriend he almost broke up with me over it...he wished i lost my virginity to him lol.

I don't care though, there's a lot of things he doesn't approve with. He'll have to live with it.

i lost my virginity to my fiance laugh.gif but you really can't do anything about the past x-x so o.o yea.

Yeah lol. I just don't talk about it with him, and it doesn't bother him.

I'm a virgin, though probably not for longer. I really have no problem with what society says, since a few girls have wanted to sleep with me but I haven't wanted to sleep with them. Almost all the guys I know are obsessed with getting laid, even if its to that girl you normally wouldn't talk to, or that girl who's...been around the block too many times.

there is nothing wrong with being a virgin. it is the society that is dictating what is wrong with it.

someone being a virgin for me has gained more reputation for me.

one thing about is that you can lose it so fast but you cannot have it back again

this is one scenario:

your first in the honey moon: girl not virgin boy virgin: boy: how do you do this? girl: i teach you biggrin.gif

i have a little of a six sense when determing one is a virgin and it is a little bit of a turn on ph34r.gif

I'm from an Asian society, and most of our elders are still very conservative about it. They see pre-marital sex as something to be ashamed of. The younger generation is more open-minded, people would probably be engaging in pre-marital sex but not go around discussing about it. I like that you've made a topic like this, because it's something that I wouldn't discuss with my friends or people I know face-to-face.

Myself, I'm not a virgin. My first sex partner wasn't a great guy and we split up ages ago, but I don't regret it. We were curious and fun-loving then, and it was a memorable experience. I don't see pre-marital sex as something morally wrong, no matter how many times and with how many people it's done with. I didn't get pregnant and abort any babies, nor have I contracted or spread any sexual diseases.

I don't think there's anything wrong with virgins. I believe they simply haven't met the 'right' person, or their virginity is special to them and they want to keep it for their special someone. We all treasure different things.

Being a virgin is more like observing celibacy.
http://www.dlshq.org/teachings/brahmacharya.htm

"Brahmacharya or spotless chastity is the best of all penances; a celibate of such spotless chastity is not a human being, but a god indeed... To the celibate who conserves the semen with great efforts, what is there unattainable in this world ? By the power of the composure of the semen, one will become just like Myself."

- Sri Sankaracharya

I hope this track of knowledge helps :-)
