Mine would have to be French Toast crunch cereal with milk and orange juice lol. I love cereal it's probably the best food ever. It easy to make and it taste good. Well either that or taco salad because that is very good as well.

Have to agree with whyme, and go for the sushi...especially since the different types are all helpful in providing various nutrients that are helpful to your body. Yeah, I know I'm going off on a tangent here, but, still!
