You can place ads on your website, and having people post generates publicity which in turn gets people to look into these advertisements.

Well, search Google and find some Russian Domain sites. You probably won't find one for free, I think there more expensive then regular domain names!

you must be kidding! advertisment wont get you that much money that you can give out people domains..dont fool people. they will make 200 posts for nothing at all. i am having 4 sites all with almost great traffic but i dont make more than $50 from those sites. My main ways to earn are OTHERS. anyways if you do make this website please let me know i would be more than happy to work with you!
