Thank you for your help. I actually submitted a ticket a few days ago on this issue, and I still haven't gotten a response. I just sent in another one now though. Is something wrong with the tickets?

Well, Qupis has yet to respond to me, and now I can no longer log into my Control Panel. Did they happen to change my username and password? I've tried accessing the Control Panel on other computers as well, and it just doesn't work even though the site loads fine on those computers. I'm now switching over to hosting at Trap17, but I still need to transfer one more file (the new.txt file for Cutenews), but without access to the Control Panel, I cannot do this. Can one of the admins or mods access this for me? The file is http://disneyreporter.qupis.com/cutenews/data/news.txt.
