In Japan, they have a product called eyelid glue for women. Its purpose is to make the eye appear more round. I think it's a little excessive, but that's just me. Here's a link to a video demonstration of it: http://www.koji-honpo.co.jp/makeup/movie/eye_talk_300.html Wow. Just... wow. Japan comes up with the strangest things. Innovative, but at the same time bizarre. Guess we can finally avoid our stereotypical squint now. But seriously, that's just weird. |

Hm, this is a possible theory. I have two cats myself both of which are so cute. When they are scared or it's dark lighting their pupils increase. They look so adorable then. Perhaps this is also true in humans?

It might be true for the enlargement of pupils when you are looking at something you like, such as a delicious meal on the table, a cheesecake. Then your hormone inside begins to produce more than average. But I doubt whether the enlargement of eyes also makes you look more sexy more attractive. Surveys also show that the pupils enlarge when one is under extreme tensity. Then I look more attractive if I am extremely tense? haha

Yes, i think science may have gone too far.
I really don think that the study can make that much difference, i mean, sure, it might make a fair difference, but i really think, that if someone is just truly ugly, the size of their pupils will not make too much difference. I think its one of those things, where its gone so deep, that they just found something by chance, that probably doesnt mean anything. If there was one ultimate way to look good, anyopne who did not look like that, would never get married or whatever, Different people fall for different things, and although there are probably some patterns that effect nearly everyone, i dont think you can say there is one thing that make ALL the difference. |
