Hello, This is my first time posting and I am hoping to get help with the understanding of muscle confusion and how it works with permutaions in workout routines. My first question is how can I use muscle confusion for e.g. bicepes using 4 or 5 exercises (in that muscle group) to get the maxium number of combinations.
Thank you for your help! |
